DIGS Investment has participated in the development of various real estate projects since its inception. Primarily single family and small condo projects, we have successfully delivered several projects in the DC/MD/VA area.

Matthew B. Leydig
Principal
Matt has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment. Prior to launching DIGS Investment, Matt was a Senior Vice President at EagleBank where he financed in excess of $5 Billion of commercial real estate development in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Additionally, he has been involved in purchasing and developing single family and small condo developments since 2011. A native Washingtonian, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from the Smeal School of Business at Penn State University. Matt currently serves on the Board as Treasurer of Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, a local non-profit serving those experiencing homelessness in Montgomery County.
